01How we build
From idea to digital product.
Strategy, brand, design, engineering, launch and ongoing support, handled by one team that sees the whole product. Nothing gets lost between agencies and nothing gets built that can’t be run.
-
01/ 04
Discover
We start with the business, the people using the product and the technical constraints, before any design or technology decisions are made.
-
02/ 04
Design
We turn the strategy into clear user journeys, visual systems and interfaces, prototyped and tested against real objectives.
-
03/ 04
Engineer
We build reliable websites, applications and software on the technology best suited to the product, tested, documented and ready to grow.
-
04/ 04
Scale
We deploy, monitor, maintain and keep improving what we build, so the product gets better after launch, not older.

05Why Mirana Labs
One team. The whole product.
Design, engineering and operations work from the same plan, in the same team, so decisions are made with the whole product in view.
About the studio-
One partner
Design and development under one roof, with one point of contact and one shared plan. No gap between the people who design it and the people who build it.
-
Built around the product
Technology is chosen because it fits the product, the people who will run it and the budget, not because it’s what we always use.
-
Engineered for the long term
Clean architecture, documentation and tests. Maintainable systems rather than short-lived hacks that someone has to unpick later.
-
Continuous support
Launch is the beginning, not the end. We host, monitor, maintain and keep improving what we build.
06Product & engineering
Every screen designed. Every layer engineered.
Interfaces are designed as systems and built as components, responsive, accessible and backed by clean APIs and dependable infrastructure.
-
Designed for each screen
Layouts are designed for phones, tablets and desktops individually, not shrunk to fit.
-
Components, not pages
Design systems and component libraries keep a product consistent as it grows.
-
Solid underneath
Typed APIs, tested integrations and monitored infrastructure behind every interface.
07Partnership

08Client words
In their words.
Feedback from the businesses we build for. Quotes below are drafts and go live only once each client has approved them.
They took our travel business online properly. The site is straightforward for us to update ourselves, and enquiries now arrive with the detail we actually need to plan a trip.

We needed a shop that could handle live stock and awkward shipping rules. They understood the problem quickly and built something our small team can actually run day to day.

The store looks the way we wanted and, more importantly, it sells. They stayed with us after launch and kept improving things rather than disappearing once the invoice was paid.

09FAQ
Questions, answered.
Can’t see what you’re looking for? Ask us directly and we’ll give you a straight answer.
Ask a questionWebsites, e-commerce, web and mobile applications, custom software, branding and UI/UX, plus the hosting and maintenance that keeps them running. That ranges from a single well-built website to long-term product development.
No. WordPress is one of several platforms we use, and it’s the right choice for some projects. We also build with Shopify, Webflow, Laravel, Node.js, React and Next.js, and recommend whatever best fits the product, the people who will run it and the budget.
Yes. We can work alongside an in-house team, take over an existing product or pick up one part of it. We start with a technical review, so we understand what’s there before we change anything.
With a conversation about what you’re trying to achieve. From there we agree either a discovery phase or a scoped proposal with deliverables, milestones and costs, so everyone knows what’s being built before work begins.
Yes. Hosting, monitoring, maintenance, security updates and ongoing development are available as a retainer, so the product keeps improving after it goes live.
You own what you commission, code, designs and content, once the project is paid for.
Each proposal is scoped to the work involved. Fixed-scope projects have an agreed price; retainers and partnerships are based on reserved time. We always explain what drives the cost.
Yes. We build chatbots and assistants for websites and support, grounded in your own content so the answers match your business, and we add AI features and automation inside existing products. We will tell you plainly when a simpler solution would do the job better.
